On the road in Khimki noticed a homemade “Russian Cybertruck”. Replica Authors – Local Bloggers

The futuristic electric pickup Elon Musk not only spawned memes, but also inspired bloggers - several YouTube channels are working on their “Cybertracks” at once.

On December 18, media reported that they saw a home-made car resembling a Tesla Cybertuck on Russian roads. A car with a characteristic futuristic design and Moscow Region numbers was met at the Moscow Ring Road in the Khimki area.

Of course, this car has almost nothing to do with the electric pickup from Elon Musk, which was presented in December and has not even been put into production yet. But the angular case, which became the occasion for many memes , clearly refers to the new Tesla.

The car was seen in the Khimki area by several different Instagram users. Pictures and videos also appeared in local publics.

Subscribers of “Typical Khimki” suggested that the replica is the work of the local automobile YouTube project ” Cannon Garage “. The author of the channel, Alexander Trubnikov, in a conversation with , confirmed that it was their version of Cybertruck that was noticed on the MKAD. The basis for their version of Cybertruck was the car VAZ 2109: “People’s car for the people.”

Trubnikov shared with pictures of the “Russian Cybertruck”. Judging by the photo, there are no doors in the case.

“Gun Garage” – the first to take their version of the pickup truck to the Moscow Region roads, but not the only ones to make their own “Cybertrack”. At least Wylsacom and Garage 54, as well as Western bloggers, are involved in replicas. But, unlike the Tesla electric pickup truck, cars from YouTube channels run on gasoline.

The real Cybertruck has so far appeared on the roads only once – Elon Musk and his friends went to the Malibu restaurant with him.
