Indian company Flipkart introduced the first “smart” TV under the Nokia brand

Indian reseller Flipkart introduced the first “smart” TV Nokia. The company received a license to release Smart TV under the brand name of the manufacturer. This was reported by Flipkart.

Nokia TV got a 55-inch LED-display with Ultra HD (4K) resolution, 60 Hz refresh rate and 16: 9 aspect ratio. Sound will be provided by two 24-watt speakers created in conjunction with JBL.

The device will run on Android, equipped with a four-core processor, 2.2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal, two USB ports, three HDMI ports, Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi. The TV received support for Dolby Vision and HDR10.

Nokia TV will start selling in India from December 10th. Its cost will be 41.9 thousand rupees or about 37 thousand rubles. The company did not specify, they plan to release the device outside of India.
