Roberto Escobar, the brother of Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar, has released a Fold 1 smartphone with a flexible screen. It can be purchased on the company’s website for $ 350.

The Fold 1 case is made of plastic, but will be covered with a thin layer of metal. The smartphone received an AMOLED display with a diagonal of 7.8 inches, a dual camera (16 and 20 megapixels), 6 gigabytes of RAM, 128 gigabytes of internal memory and a Snapdragon 8150 processor. It will run on the Android platform. The battery capacity is 4000 mAh.

Escobar said it had released a smartphone to beat Apple. According to him, the device is more reliable than the Samsung Galaxy Fold and has a high degree of security. Fold 1 is supposedly more difficult to scan via Bluetooth. Journalists Gizmodo noted the great similarity of the novelty with Royole FlexPai, which was shown back in January.
