STSI refused to punish Putin for riding a motorcycle without a helmet

The President participated in a protocol event during which traffic is prohibited.

The traffic police in Sevastopol refused to fine Vladimir Putin for riding a motorcycle without a helmet during a bike show on August 10. Such a response to his request was received by a lawyer from Vladivostok Maxim Chikhunov.

The explanation of the department says that the president participated in the protocol event. During their conduct, traffic is completely prohibited.

Earlier, Chikhunov sent a request to verify the fact of driving the president, acting governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev and the head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov without helmets on a Ural motorcycle under article 12.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for using seat belts or helmets).

I’m watching this video – a group of people is traveling, including Vladimir Vladimirovich. All without hats. At the same time, recently my friend was fined for riding without a helmet. If my friend is fined for this, then the authorities must also comply. If you require something from people, then you yourself must comply with the law.
