Navalny was released after 30 days of arrest

He was serving a sentence for calls to participate in a July 27 protest rally that was not agreed with the authorities.

Alexei Navalny left the special detention center after 30 days of administrative arrest for calling for an uncoordinated rally in support of independent candidates to the Moscow City Duma. This was told by his press secretary Kira Yarmysh.

She added that there were police officers at the detention center who did not detain the politician. “Connoisseurs, however, argue that auto-shuttle at the exit of Alexei is a common thing, so it’s too early to worry,” Yarmysh clarified.

On July 24, Alexei Navalny was arrested for 30 days for calling for participation in a July 27 protest rally that was not agreed with the authorities. Four days later he was hospitalized from a special detention center. The media reported that the politician has a “severe allergy”.
