Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson presented an art object in the Tate Modern Gallery in London called The Cubic Structural Evolution Project. This installation depicts the city of the future and consists of the white details of the LEGO constructor.
Any visitor to the exhibition can contribute to the transformation of the city, adding to its own construction. The installation will be exhibited in the museum until August 18.
I saw something similar – the Collectivity Project – along the High Line, in 2015. pic.twitter.com/EHqLj8iEeG— Gil Meslin (@g_meslin) 10 August 2019
Wow, that has come a long way since I was there just 2 weeks ago. pic.twitter.com/Pahd7gxdVC— Jason Thorne (@JasonThorne_RPP) 10 August 2019
For the first time the artist presented a similar work back in 2004. He repeatedly commented on his idea, emphasizing that, like natural evolution, his works do not have a single author, since in the end they are created by the efforts of many creators.
