HMD Global will transfer data from Nokia smartphones to servers in Finland

The company HMD Global, which owns the Nokia smartphone brand, has decided to increase the security of user data, which will be transferred to servers in Finland. The capacities of Google and CGI will be used for this – the data centers are located in the city of Hamina.

We are talking about data on the activation of smartphones and technical information on the work of mobile phones. Nokia 4.2, Nokia 3.2 and Nokia 2.2 will be the first smartphones that will “move” to Finland.

Google will be responsible for the hardware for data storage, and CGI will analyze them.
