On June 12, in Hong Kong, there was a mass demonstration against the new law on extradition to China – according to various estimates, from 300 thousand to a million people took to the streets. As noted by Quartz, dozens of businesses, shops and restaurants closed in the city in protest. In addition, the demonstration was supported on the Internet: the two largest porn sites ceased their work and hung up a notice calling for them to take to the streets.

AVO1 is an Asian porn site that even has its own Pornhub section. On June 12, the resource stopped working and closed access to all videos, and left a message for users on the main page: if they are dissatisfied with the changes, they can “find answers” outside the Legislative Assembly building.

Shanghaiist edition drew attention that on 13 June, both earned porn site, but with a new notification at the top: “If you are a Hong Kong police, relative or supporter, leave please this site.”

The Extradition Amendment is a new law that has been considering the Hong Kong Parliament since June 9. According to him, the defendants will be allowed to extradite to Taiwan, Macao, mainland China and other countries. The protesters are confident that thanks to this, China will be able to repress dissidents, political activists, and those who fled to Hong Kong. Including the document is called another step to the loss of autonomy of the city.
