Russia complained to NASA about the smell of alcohol on board the ISS

Russia sent observations and questions to NASA in connection with the release of isopropyl alcohol into the atmosphere of the ISS. Such a “trace” was left behind by the spacecraft Dragon-2, which was docked with the ISS in March.

On instructions from the earth, the crew switched on air purification systems, after which the concentration was reduced from six to two milligrams per cubic meter. Before the docking of the ship Dragon-2, it was one tenth of a milligram per cubic meter.
