Microsoft has added to the Windows 10 beta version the display on the PC notifications from Android

This is an extension of the My Phone application.

On April 26, Microsoft released the 18885 version of Windows 10 for developers, the main feature of which was the integration of notification with Android smartphones. This is reported in the company’s blog .

Notifications appear next to the tray – you can view and close them, after which they disappear on the phone. A number of notifications can be disabled specifically for the desktop (they will remain in place on the phone).

The support of the My Phone application has been extended to the OnePlus 6, OnePlus 6T, Samsung Galaxy S10e, S10, S10 +, Note 8 and Note 9 models . After launching the first version of the service in March, it supported only displaying screen contents (in a separate window) and only on a few Samsung – Galasy S8 / S8 + and S9 / S9 +. In general, My Phone requires Android version 7.0 or later.

In addition, in this beta version of Windows 10 expanded language support for voice input text. If earlier the system allowed it to be done only in English, now French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese have appeared there. The function is activated after pressing Win + H in the text field
