One of the main features of the Samsung Galaxy S10 is the fingerprint scanner built into the display. It turns out that it is easy to deceive.
Imgur user darkshark showed in the video how he did it.
The guy touched a wine glass, took a photo, edited a print from a photo in Photoshop, transferred it to 3DS Max and printed the resulting model on a 3D printer.
The whole process took 13 minutes. After that, the smartphone was unblocked by taking a copy for a real fingerprint.
Whatever advanced fingerprint scanning technology in the display, it still needs some work.
