Xiaomi announced the launch in Russia of the budget smartphone Redmi Note 7 with a dual camera with 48 megapixels

Xiaomi announced the launch of Redmi Note 7 in Russia – the newest budget smartphone of the Redmi Note line. About this told the company.

The device works on Android 9 and 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with a maximum clock frequency of 2.2 GHz. Redmi Note 7 is equipped with a 6.3-inch IPS-display with a resolution of 2380×1080 pixels, a 4000 mAh battery and Smart PA audio chip. The color gamut NTSC smartphone – 84%. The smartphone is charging via USB-C, it also has a 3.5 mm audio jack, but no NFC module.

The rear panel of the Redmi Note 7 has a Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 CMOS type sensor, which removes 48 megapixels in resolution. When shooting, the sensor uses Samsung Tetracell technology, which combines four pixels into one large 1.6 micron size. The back and front panels of the device are covered with protective glass Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

In addition, Xiaomi introduced the night mode photo camera feature in the Redmi Note 7 camera, which was presented along with the flagship Mi MIX 3. The camera received functions using AI: scene definition, Beautify and portrait mode. Also, the device is equipped with an infrared blaster that allows you to control home appliances, like TVs or air conditioners.

The smartphone will be available in three gradient colors: “cosmic black”, “neptunium blue” and “foggy red”. Sales in Russia will begin from March 28.

The version with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of built-in will cost 13,990 rubles, with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of built-in memory – 15,990 rubles.
