The Korean broadcaster covers the summit with Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un from a studio located on top of a skyscraper.
The South Korean Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation has set up a studio pavilion on the roof of the Daewoo hotel in Hanoi – working as a TV host in the background serves as a real view of the city.
The rooftop studio covers the summit, in which US President Donald Trump and DPRK leader Kim Jong-un take part. Screenshots of the airs, which show its location, quickly turned to social networks and attracted the attention of the press.
MBC’s four-hour story about the Hanoi summit with inclusions from the rooftop studio can be viewed on the corporation’s official YouTube channel.
