Real Madrid for the first time in four years flew out of the Champions League – the main club football tournament in Europe. He lost to the Dutch club Ajax with a score of 1: 4 in the return match of the 1/8 final. Broadcast led the “Match TV”.

The second match took place in Madrid, and the first – in Amsterdam and ended with the victory of the Real Madrid with the score 2: 1. However, this did not help them get further: Ajax players scored four goals – at 7, 18, 62 and 72 minutes. Real Madrid managed to score only once – in the 70th minute Spaniard Marco Asencio distinguished himself.
