The Chinese satellite Longjiang-2 took a picture from a rare angle, which simultaneously shows the opposite side of the Moon and the Earth in the background. The photograph was published in the jubilee year of the first photograph of the reverse side, which turned 60 years old. Image published by the Netherlands Observatory Dwingeloo.

The first photograph of the reverse side was made by the Soviet apparatus “Luna-3” on October 7, 1959. Thanks to him, the USSR received a priority in the name of objects on the surface of the satellite.
