French prosecutors have not yet filed official charges with Brown.

On January 21, Brown and two others were detained in Paris on suspicion of rape. The investigators have two days to decide whether to release the musician or charge him.

The reason for the detention was the complaint of a 24-year-old girl that she was raped on January 15 in the singer’s room at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The applicant said that the guard and the friend of the singer also raped her.
