The Investigation Committee of St. Petersburg began pre-investigation checks on a complaint against the painting “The Movement of Beauty” (“Movimento di Belezza”) by local artist Mila Arbuzova. The picture resembles the work of Botticelli “The Birth of Venus”, but it depicts a completely naked woman who blows a dressed boy with a hairdryer.
The painting “The Birth of Venus” depicts a feminist Sasha Chernousova, explained the artist in Facebook.
