A resident of the United States filed a lawsuit against Apple: he did not think that the iPhone XS Max has a “bang”

He made such a conclusion, based on the advertising device.

California resident Courtney Davis (Courtney Davis) sued Apple, accusing the company of deliberate deception of customers because of the “bangs” on the iPhone XS Max. This is stated in the lawsuit, which was reviewed by the editions of Business Insider and AppleInsider .

According to Davis, Apple’s advertising is designed to hide the front cutout. She allegedly led the customer to believe that the iPhone XS Max pre-ordered her does not contain a “fringe”.

The author of the lawsuit indicated what kind of advertising Apple has in mind: the images of iPhones on the company’s official website and at retail locations for selling devices. She demanded an injunction against “abusive practices” and compensation for her damage.

Davis hopes that other victims will join her suit. However, Business Insider noted that “it may take years” before the appearance of a collective complaint, and doubted that the matter would reach a real process. By assumption AppleInsider, the company can go on a pre-trial agreement with an American.
