The Colonel of the Canadian Air Force penetrated into other people’s homes, put on his underwear, took pictures in it and kept it.
At the end of November, the Daily Record published new facts from the history of the commander of the largest air force base, Trenton, Canada. This publication presents the most interesting of the history of Russell.
Russell Williams joined the armed forces of Canada in 1987, 4 years later he was promoted to captain. In 2004, he received a master’s degree from the Royal Military College of Canada with an Iraq War theme. In 2009, he was promoted to colonel.
Beginning in 2007, he began to penetrate into other people’s houses, where beautiful women, in his opinion, looked for their softer underwear, put on and took photographs. Later, Russell looked through police reports about his crimes and sent messages of gratitude to the girls. In sum, Williams admitted to entering 82 homes.
“Merci beaucoup” – Russell took a photo of his penis, next to a sex toy that he kidnapped from a 24-year-old victim and sent her a picture with the inscription.

Photos in lingerie Russell kept on the computer in hidden folders. He was obsessed with collecting personal information about little victims, photographing the documents that identified them, or photographs of family and friends who were hanging in their rooms. When he could not identify the girls, he signed them with “mysterious little girls”.
During the trial, photos of Russell were shown in pink shorts, stolen from the girl’s house, which the colonel wore under military uniform.
In the New Year holidays in 2008, Russell entered the house where the 15-year-old girl lived, left his sperm on the dresser, and took a photo of the penis on which he put the girl’s makeup brush.
For all the time of penetration into the house, Russell traditions formed:
- At first he photographed the girl’s room, then the underwear in the dresser, later laid it on the sofa or floor, photographed and masturbated on them.
- He stood with his back to the camera and looked over his shoulder.
- He made a photo of a penis sticking out of women’s underwear.
On July 10, 2009, Russell watched the house, where a young girl undressed and went into the shower. At this point, Williams undressed, for the sixth time entered the house, entered the bedroom and stole panties.
On another occasion, Russell spied on stripping a child, and then ran into the bushes, took off his pants and masturbated.

Russell collected so large a collection of panties and bras that he burned his trophies twice.
In September 2009, Russell committed the first two sexual assaults . In one case, he climbed into the girl’s house when she and her newborn baby were sleeping. He beat her, tied and blindfolded with pillows, caressed and photographed her naked. Two hours later, Williams was gone.
November 25, 2009, Russell broke into the home of Corporal Marie Frans Como , who served under his command at the Trenton base. Williams knew the work schedule of the woman, so before that he had penetrated her house many times and stole her underwear. This time he beat Como, tied up, raped, taking everything on camera, after strangled and sealed his mouth with tape.
On January 28, 2010, Russell broke into Jessica Lloyd’s house , beat her, raped her, and later took her to himself, where he continued the violence that ended in murder. Jessica’s body was hidden in the forest, not far from home.
After receiving the message about the disappearance of the girl, the police made a large-scale search of the territory of the house and found strange tire tracks.
On February 4, the police inspected all vehicles passing along the highway near Jessica’s house for 11 hours. On this day, Russell decided to sit behind the wheel of a Nissan Pathfinder, instead of the BWB, which he drove all the time. A police officer noticed the similarity of the tires with those whose tracks were left at Jessica’s house.
February 7, 2010 Williams was summoned to the police station in Ottawa, where during the 10-hour interrogation, he confessed to all the crimes imputed to him: four rapes, two of which ended in murder.
The interrogation was conducted by one of the best investigators of Otario – Jim Smith.

He is filled with power, and he kind of suggested, I think he would just be able to overcome this quiet police sergeant, who asked him to come on Sunday to talk about one or two things.[/perfectpullquote] [perfectpullquote align=”full” bordertop=”false” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””]You begin to see the tables turn around during the interview, Smith not only gains recognition for the killings, but also the place where Russell buried Jessica’s body.[/perfectpullquote]
October 18, during the trial, Williams pleaded guilty, and on October 22 he was sentenced to two life sentences with the right to ask for pardon no earlier than 25 years later. Besides:
- the obligation to return the salary paid to him for the period when he was under investigation;
- dismissal with disgrace from the armed forces – the uniform was burned, the medals were cut;
- deprivation of titles and awards.
The public reacted very negatively to this story. The media that published Russell’s photo in their underwear, shown at the meeting, later apologized to the readers and deleted their publications.
In May 2012, the Canadian Armed Forces announced that they had made a “terrible mistake” by publishing a booklet with a photo resembling Russell and bought 4,000 copies that were published.
While in prison, Russell made an unsuccessful suicide attempt. Currently, he is still receiving a military pension of $ 60,000.
