Ukraine announced the shelling of their ships by Russian boats

Earlier, the FSB reported that three Ukrainian ships illegally entered the Russian territorial waters in the Kerch Strait area.

Earlier, on November 25, the FSB announced the illegal entry of three Ukrainian ships into the territorial waters of Russia in the Kerch Strait area. The Ukrainian side claims that it notified Russia of its arrival.

After that, Interfax, citing a source in the Crimea, said that Russia had sent several combat aircraft to the Kerch Strait. The Ukrainian Navy on Facebook saidthat the Russian side had blocked the Strait of Kerch with a dry cargo ship, due to which the Ukrainian ships had to wait three hours for the passage.

The FSB, in turn, reported that Ukraine sent two armored artillery ships as reinforcements to three ships that are moving into the Kerch Strait. According to the ministry, the ships moved out of the port of Berdyansk around 11:30 and “at top speed” moved to the “provocation area organized by the Ukrainian side”.

The Ukrainian Navy claimed that after the Ukrainian ships began to withdraw from the Kerch Strait, Russian ships and boats began pursuing and, in an “ultimatum”, demanded to stop under the threat of weapons.
