The Federal Security Service reported that around 07:00 on November 25, three Ukrainian warships illegally entered Russian territorial waters, Interfax reported . The FSB accused the Ukrainian Navy of violating the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea.
The FSB stressed that the Ukrainian side did not file the relevant applications and the ships were not included in the passage schedule. According to a Tass source, the ships will approach the Kerch Strait at 12:30 Moscow time.

In response, the Ukrainian Navy accused Russian border guards of provocation and aggressive actions. VCH declared that the three Ukrainian ships are two small armored artillery boats and a raid tug. They carried out a planned transition from the port of Odessa to Mariupol, which they informed in advance.
