In France , protests continue the second week because of rising fuel prices, during this time at least 500 people were injured, two died . According toReuters, by the middle of the day on November 24 about 5 thousand people gathered on the Champs Elysees.

The protesters sang the national anthem and waved flags, some of them held the slogans “Macron, Resignation” and “Macron Thief”. According to police, protesters also lined up barricades.

On November 24, police used tear gas and water cannons to disperse demonstrators. Police also set up a cordon on the Champs Elysées to prevent protesters from getting to government buildings.

According to French President Emmanuel Macron, tax increases stimulate development in the field of clean fuels and renewable energy, as well as reduce dependence on oil. The protesters put on yellow vests that all drivers in the country should wear.
