Quacquearelli Symonds has compiled a list of 150 best universities in Central Asia and developing countries in Europe. The rating included four Belarusian universities.

Three of them are capital ones: BSU, BNTU and BSUIR. They received ranks 23rd, 95th, and 137th, respectively. The fourth university from our country turned out to be the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno with a rating of 151-160. On the first line was the Russian Lomonosov Moscow State University.

If you look at the world ranking, then there are leading positions at American universities: Massachusetts Institute of Technology at the head of the list, followed by Stanford and Harvard Universities.
