Shortly before the release of Red Dead Redemption 2, Rockstar Games co-founder Dan Houser gave an interview to Vulture. According to him, in order to complete the game on time, the team sometimes had to work 100 hours a week.
In the final game there were 300 thousand different animations and 500 thousand dialogue lines. The script took two thousand pages, and 1200 characters gave the characters movements. Of these, seven hundred people were also engaged in voice acting heroes.
Accordingly, Red Dead Redemption 2 will be very long – according to the team’s calculations, it will take about 65 hours to complete, and possibly more. And this despite the fact that the developers have reduced some episodes and put a number of missions under the knife. So, we will not see the task in the train, which is attacked by bandits.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on October 26 on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
