LG introduced the V40 ThinQ smartphone with five cameras for $ 1000

LG has introduced a new flagship smartphone V40 ThinQ. Information about the technical characteristics of new items appeared before, as the presentation of the phone was held in Korea, the next announcement was only confirmed by the already known. The device received a 6.4-inch OLED-display with support for HDR10, Snapdragon 845 processor, 6 GB of RAM, 64 GB of built-in with the ability to use microSD and a 32-bit DAC with bass speaker in addition.

Following the new fashion on the number of cameras, LG equipped the smartphone with a triple main photo module and a dual front one. The layout of the main one is 12 + 16 + 12 megapixels. The first is responsible for the “normal” shooting, it should work effectively in low light conditions due to the increased size of pixels. The second one is wide-angle, the third one is needed for portrait shooting and shooting with approximation.

And of course, runs the AI, which selects the settings for shooting. In addition, cameras are used to create advanced animated images.
