In California, corporations are required to include women on the board

The bill was passed by the local senate on August 29. According to these requirements, if there are up to four directors on a board of directors of a public company, then there should be at least one woman in the company’s management body, two or three women from five or more

I sign Senate Law 826, which sets a requirement for public corporations based in California to have women as members of the board of directors.
