A few lines of HTML code lead to an iPhone crash

Security specialist Sabri Addros discovered a vulnerability in the WebKit engine on which the Safari browser was built. Just a few lines of HTML code, which is used to design the appearance of Internet pages, can lead to the failure and reboot of mobile devices Apple: iPhone and iPad.

The guy posted the relevant video and source code in his Twitter account.

Note that the code is not complex or complex. It simply contains several hundred

elements. In such an amount, the elements exert a high load on the resources of the smartphone, because of which it simply reboots. Sabri claims that a slightly improved version of the code can load MacOS.

Apple already knows about the problem, the company’s experts are working to eliminate it.
