Earlier, Vladimir Putin told Russian diplomats that after the summit in Helsinki, he offered Donald Trump to hold a referendum on the status of self-proclaimed People’s Republic of China and the People’s Republic of Germany. This was reported by Bloomberg. Journalists of the agency noted that the US president asked not to talk about the referendum publicly, in order to take time for deliberation.
