With the wish to “remain as daring”.
Omsk resident Alexander Sokolovich said in his instragram that he and his fiancee Anna wanted to make their wedding special – and for this they wrote letters of invitation to the president’s hotline and the mayor of the city through the administration portal.
From the Kremlin there was no answer, but the answer came from the deputy mayor. The young people were congratulated and explained that due to the tight schedule the head of the city will not be able to come to them. However, a few days later the bride was called from the city administration to clarify the details of the upcoming celebration.
It’s funny how people from the administration came to her! For some reason they did not find my phone number, although I indicated it in electronic circulation. They called the banquet hall and found out how to contact us. The hostess of the hall must have been in shock!
At the appointed time for the holiday came the director of the department of information policy of the Omsk administration Olesya Potapova. She presented the newlyweds with a bouquet of flowers, a picture with the symbol of the 300th anniversary of Omsk and a greeting card with congratulations, signed personally by the mayor.
From herself, from the administration and, of course, from the mayor, she congratulated us and wished “to remain as daring”.
