On May 15, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow arrested Alexei Navalny for re-violating the rules of the rally (part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) because of the May 5 rally “He is not our king”. Also, the court found his guilt in disobedience to the policeman (article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) – the policy was delayed for 15 days.

The action “He’s not our king” was held in almost a hundred Russian cities, in all, more than 1,500 people were detained . Navalny was detained on May 5 in Moscow on Pushkin Square during a speech.
