Taiwanese company HTC is not going through its best years. But it continues to cling to the smartphone market. Today the company introduced the flagship smartphone HTC U12 + with a dual camera, a screen with HDR10 and a Snapdragon 845 processor for $ 800.
The 6-inch Super LCD display supports HDR10 and DCI-P3. The screen resolution is 2280 × 1440 pixels, and the aspect ratio is 18: 9. The touch-sensitive phone frame supports Edge Sense gestures.
On the back of the smartphone is a dual camera: UltraPixel sensor at 12 megapixel with f / 1.8 diaphragm, optical stabilization and laser autofocus. The companion is a 16-megapixel module that provides double optical zoom. The camera shoots 4K at 60 frames per second and 1080p at a speed of up to 240 frames per second. On the front panel there is a double self-camera with 8 Mp modules.
The heart of the smartphone is the flagship chip Snapdragon 845 with 6 GB of RAM, 64 or 128 GB built-in. You can expand the storage with a microSD memory card. U12 + supports wireless charging. The battery capacity is 3500 mAh.
In the kit with the smartphone go in-ear headphones with the function of noise reduction. Built-in speakers work in stereo mode.
HTC U12 + in the US will be sold at a price of $ 800 for a 64 GB version and $ 850 for a 128 GB version.
