And also to burn garbage.
In Russian cities, where the matches of the World Cup will be played, will introduce a special fire fighting regime. Such a recommendation was given to the regions by the governmental commission for the liquidation of emergencies. The document, signed by the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Vladimir Puchkov, was read by Izvestia.
A special regime presupposes a ban on fires and grass burning, as well as additional security measures that are determined by municipal or regional authorities. Under the ban is not only the breeding of ordinary fires, but also the frying of shish kebabs on the barbecues.
In special conditions it is also forbidden to burn garbage. As reported in the administration of the Volgograd region, owners and tenants of land should “regularly clean the area of combustible waste, fallen leaves and dry grass.” They noted that such a regime is introduced annually, when the risk of forest fires increases.
Adaptations “for cooking on charcoal” can not be used either in forests, in settlements, or in adjacent territories, Izvestia was told in the Department of Forestry of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. In Nizhny Novgorod will be six World Cup matches, in the region have already introduced a fire fighting regime.
Territories will be patrolled by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, voluntary firefighters and active citizens, the administration of the Krasnodar region reported. This is also the work of forest inspectors. In the administration of the Sverdlovsk region Izvestia explained that in the event of serious fires, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is connected.
In the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other regions where the World Cup matches will be held, they did not provide an operative commentary.
In the conditions of a special fire regime, there are increased fines for violations. According to articles 8.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of fire safety rules in forests) and 20.4 of the Administrative Code (violation of fire safety requirements) For citizens, they are from 2 to 4-5 thousand rubles, for officials – from 15 thousand to 30-40 thousand rubles. For legal entities – from 200 thousand to 400-500 thousand rubles.
“Izvestia” noted that in previous years regional units of the Ministry of Emergencies reported that during the period of a special fire-fighting regime, the countryside settlements were also inspected. In Tatarstan they stressed that it is impossible to cook shish kebabs on the grill in the courtyards of private houses. If a special mode is not installed, then you can use the brazier, but following certain rules: install it no closer than 5 meters from the facilities and clean the rest area from dry grass, and also to extinguish the coals after cooking the meat.
