A man who raised an employee of Rosgvardia in the Moscow subway was released under a written undertaking not to leave the place

The investigation continues.

A young man who raised a Rosgvardia employee in the Moscow metro was given a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave his place and proper behavior. The investigation in his respect is continuing.

According to the Telegram-channel Mash, Cheremushkinsky District Court of Moscow refused to grant the petition of the investigation and send the 27-year-old Islyama Malekov to house arrest. Earlier he was charged with Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of violence against a representative of the authorities).

According to investigators , on May 6, a young man “deliberately wishing to prevent lawful activities to protect public order” approached the uniformed employee, wrapped his arms around his back, “demonstratively hampering his movements,” and carried him through the lobby.

The act of Malekov was one of the most discussed topics in Russian-language Twitter and an occasion for numerous jokes.
