The Japanese strike

The original way of strike was invented by drivers of Japanese buses of Okayama city. They continue their flights as usual, but refuse to take money and punch tickets for passengers, essentially providing the public with a free service. In the photo there is a ticket-ticketing machine.

By this, drivers make it clear that their conflict is with the leadership, not with the public. The company suffers losses, without affecting ordinary people. The leadership, of course, can decide to stop the flights on its own, but in this case it will be, rather than drivers, guilty in the eyes of the public for the disruption of the service.
