Meet this 17-year-old dog named Max, who became a real hero and was awarded an honorary order of police of the Australian state of Queensland. This honor Max was awarded for the reason that he saved the 3-year-old girl Aurora, who was lost in the forest.
The girl was walking with a dog and got lost. Her search began.
Within 15 hours she was searched by special services and volunteers. The night was cold and rainy, and so everyone was afraid that the girl would freeze.
But Max did not let Aurora freeze and warmed her all night long. The next morning he went out to the people.
Max led the search engines to the place where the Aurora was. The child received only a few scratches.
The half-blind and deaf dog was awarded the title of Honorary Police Dog.
