About two thirds (61%) live for less than 27 thousand rubles a month. 42.1% receive less than 19 thousand rubles, which is equivalent to the amount of 633 rubles, or $ 9.9 per day. Almost every fourth – 26.9% – earns less than 15 thousand rubles a month, or $ 8 a day, and one in seven is below the official poverty line, receiving no more than 10 thousand rubles a month.
