Earlier, members of this commission stated that they had not found evidence of a collusion of Trump’s campaign with representatives of the Russian Federation.
The Congress website published a declassified version of the 150-page report of the House Intelligence Committee on Russia’s interference in the US presidential election in 2016.
The document says that the pro-Russian forces tried to influence the intra-American processes since 2015. It also notes that the facts known to the committee’s representatives are not enough to claim the collusion of Trump’s campaign with Russia.
On March 22, the committee officials said , citing a draft version of the report, that they did not find evidence of a collusion between Trump’s election campaign and the Russian government. Then members of the House of Representatives from the Democratic Party criticized the declassified document and accused the authors of the investigation of haste and inadequate rigor.
