“M.Video” closed the deal for the purchase of “Eldorado”

The owners of the network intend to create one of the largest retailers of consumer electronics in the world.

Video announced the closure of the acquisition of one of its main competitors, Eldorado. The total number of shops of the united retailer will now amount to more than 800 throughout Russia. Both networks have already prepared projects for changing logistics, including the use of distribution centers in Novosibirsk and Rostov-on-Don

The deal on the purchase of “Eldorado” and its amount was announced in March. Then representatives M.Video said that they want to create one of the largest retailers of consumer electronics in the world: to unite two trading networks under a common legal entity with a turnover of 450 million rubles.
