Apple continues to lure top managers from competing corporations to its side. Following Google’s boss ,Brandon Yoon, the former vice-president of Samsung, joined the Cupertins . He will develop Apple in his native market for himself – South Korea.
Brandon Yoon previously worked at Microsoft, and then moved to Samsung Electronics Co. and achieved serious success. Representatives of Apple refuse to comment, but Yun has already changed his place of work in the social network LinkedIn – hence, the Cupertino Corporation really managed to win over Vice-President Samsung.
In South Korea, Apple is still inferior to Samsung in the mobile device market: the iPhone share for the past year was 18%, and Samsung smartphones – 56%. Brandon Yun will have to correct this state of affairs.
