The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) called on Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Apple to support Telegram and allow its developers to change their IP addresses without restrictions. Such measures prevent Roskomnadzor from blocking the messenger.
“We encourage Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Apple to resist the Russian Internet censorship campaign. Strive for human rights, guaranteeing Telegrama access to its platform and allowing them to change IP addresses without restrictions “
On April 19, Roskomnadzor blocked even more than one million IP-addresses. If companies go to such a step, then all the locks will be meaningless.

If the companies agree this will be in truth a free Internet and the only way to ban it will be a complete detachment from the global network.
