The Pattaya police received a statement from victims about rape and organization of prostitution on Anastasia Vashakevich (Nastya Rybka), Alexander Kirillov (Alex Leslie) and eight other people arrested for conducting illegal “sex training”. The source in the city department of the criminal police toldRIA Novosti about this . Who exactly submitted the application, the interlocutor of the agency did not specify.

According to the source of the agency, the main charges were brought against one of the arrested for “sex training”. The rest are accused as accomplices.

Those who appear in the statement will not be deported if an investigation begins. In addition, according to the statement, a criminal case can be opened, the source added. On April 5, the Thai immigration authorities were going to deport the citizen of Belarus Igor Kucheryavenko, sentenced to three months in prison and a $ 100 fine for illegal business and labor activities. On April 2 two people were deported to Russia.

The agency noted that the trial of Rybka, Leslie and seven other defendants was scheduled for April 17, but their lawyer asked to postpone the hearing to an earlier date, as the defendants want to admit guilt. Three other defendants have already pleaded guilty and received suspended sentences and small fines.

According to the lawyer, the meeting on the case of Rybka and Leslie may be held on April 11. If a criminal case on rape and the organization of prostitution is instituted, there will not be a quick deportation even if the court makes a mild verdict in the case of illegal business.

On February 26, Nastya Rybka, Alex Leslie and eight other Russians were detained for illegally conducting sex training. First they were released on bail, and then placed in the center for illegal migrants.

Vashakevich and Kirillov are also defendants on the suit of businessman Oleg Deripaska, who he filed for publishing without permission materials about his personal life. The suit was filed after the investigation of the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) Alexei Navalny about the rest of the businessman and vice-premier Sergei Prikhodko on the yacht Deripaska, based on publications from Rybka’s Rybka and materials from her book.
