German police may have saved dozens of Russian children

The police had to stop on the exit from Berlin on the highway 115 bus, which drove back to Russia, 40 children. The cause was the emergency brake and fuel system. The bus had rusty front brake discs. The driver was offered a test: accelerate, and then slow down at a speed of 30 km / h. As a result, the bus jerked right.

After that, the police forced the bus to proceed to the workshop. “The result was frightening: the left front and right rear brake did not work, the gas tank was loose and could fall off at any moment, all the brake discs were completely erased, the front axle suspension broken, the muffler damaged so badly that it could cause a fire at any time.” – noted in the police.

Passengers had to spend an extra night at the hotel. “[The child’s accompanying] teacher expressed bewilderment at the fact that the situation was exaggerated because of” small “shortcomings,” the German police said.
