American start-up ICON introduced 3D-printing of residential houses for the poorest developing countries. Its authors told that in a period of 12 to 24 hours their building printer “prints out” a standard one-story dwelling with an area of ​​about 60 square meters. The maximum area is about 80 square meters.

According to the representatives of ICON, their technology is characterized by a relatively low cost: printing one house at a current stage of development costs 10 thousand dollars (about 600 thousand rubles.) Subsequently, the price can be reduced to 4 thousand dollars
