The Japanese group of researchers announced the discovery of 15 new planets, one of them with good conditions for the existence of life. Celestial bodies revolve around the Red dwarf (the so-called small and cold stars) K2-155.
The star is 200 light years from Earth. Around K2-155, at least three similar to our planets are spinning, only much larger. One of them, K2-155d, has a radius of 1.6 times the Earth.
Experts suggest that due to its location on this planet, comfortable living conditions. At least there can be water in the liquid state, and this is considered one of the main factors for the existence of organisms.
So far, scientists are not going to call K2-155d habitable, but do not rule out that some form of life there may exist.
