The company does not believe that a park of 750 cars is small, and expect to expand it in the future. For comparison: other popular Moscow cars have a common park in more than 3 thousand cars, the largest park – at “Delimobilya” (about 1500 cars). Kia Rio and Renault Kaptur are represented in many services, the X-Line is available in BelkaCar.

The second difference is dynamic pricing. The company says that the minimum cost of a minute trip to Yandex.Drive is 5 rubles, but the price may increase depending on various factors: for example, the time of day and the demand for cars. The brand of the car does not affect the cost.
The application has just started and it is still unclear how much the price may be higher than the minimum price, but the pricing method is very similar to how Yandex forms the cost of taxi rides.
[Prices] are calculated using an algorithm that takes into account the traffic situation and the demand for machinery. For example, in the morning rent will be cheaper to compensate for a longer journey.
In a dynamic tariff, the price per minute is assigned at the time of the lease and is retained until the end. However, in the “Drive” in the “coming days” in a test form (not for all users) there will be a fixed fare, where the cost of the trip is calculated in advance – you need to specify the final destination of the trip.
The company believes that such a tariff will help to use the service more economically.
We will be able to more effectively manage the fleet, and therefore lower prices. For example, if we know that a user takes a car and moves to a zone with high demand, then the system will reduce the cost of the trip. In addition, later it will allow to form the so-called “chain of orders” – knowing the point in which the car turns out, we will be able to offer it to another user in advance. This will also help us to reduce downtime and positively impact on prices. If the demand is high, we will warn the user about it, and he will be able to choose: to go right now or wait for the price reduction.
The system of two such tariffs differs from how other carchers work – they usually have a fixed price per minute of rent, which can vary depending on the car brand. For example, in Belkacar car rental Kia Rio costs 8 rubles per minute, and Mercedes-Benz CLA – 16 rubles per minute. 5 rubles per minute – so much to take the cheapest karsheringi, for example, “Carousel”, a fleet of cars consisting of cars “Lada Grant”.
The third difference is the coloring of cars.
