In Iran, a passenger plane collapsed, carrying 66 people – 60 passengers and six crew members. This was reported on Twitter by Tasnim agency with reference to the Iranian Center for Emergency Situations.
According to the agency, the crash occurred near the city of Semir in the province of Isfahan. The plane belonged to the company Aseman Airlines, it carried out flight Tehran – Yasuj.

On board the aircraft were also six crew members. RIA Novosti agency, citing Tasnim, noted that some passengers could survive.

According to the Press TV channel, eyewitnesses saw how the plane tried to make an emergency landing in the farm area. The governor of the city of Boyerahmed confirmed the information about the crash. According to him, the helicopter, aimed at the scene, could not land due to bad weather conditions.
