Apple employees encountered a problem in the new headquarters: they constantly hit the windows, not noticing the transparent doors. This is reported by Bloomberg, citing sources close to the situation.

The Apple Campus 1 building is a ring with walls of 13-meter glass panels. Sources of the publication note that the working space inside the headquarters is also made of a large amount of glass. Apple employees often look at the screen iPhones on the move and crash into the glass doors. The interlocutors of Bloomberg noted that this is “constantly”.

Some Apple employees even started sticking stickers on the door so they did not come across them. However, the authorities soon removed all the notes, because they “distracted the design of the building.” One source from Bloomberg said that employees have already come up with a new way of marking doors, but did not specify which one.

Apple began to deploy staff at its new headquarters in 2017. The Apple Park complex itself is still unfinished, but the central “ring”, the Steve Jobs presentation hall and the visitor center are already open. According to the calculations of the company, the new headquarters can accommodate up to 13 thousand employees.
