Duplicate settings from an old article I will not use all the components are the same, to whom it will be interesting link. The main task was to assemble the finished prototype is not a bundle of wires, wrapped in duct tape, and a more or less finished product. First of all there was a problem of the housing. Earlier in his prototype phone I used wood (Nokia 105 wooden). The project wanted to make a plastic housing. A third-party order in the body of the prototype comes out quite expensive. Why expensive? Just describe the problem. In developing the prototype, I can not just give the finished drawing, I can be mistaken trite, but every mistake – this is a new reworking of the body. Especially since I do not have the talent to do everything at once properly. Accordingly, every body I would have to re order that eventually will be not easy and at the same time expensive. As a result, I decided to buy for yourself 3D printer, the choice stood between China and Russia, I am inclined to the Russian manufacturer, based that they are geographically closer and I will get them quickly and accurately get. There was of course also a lot of pitfalls, eventually with modifications and other alterations I was more or less a working machine. (Honestly, I eventually bowed to what should be bought in China …) Now that you have all the equipment will start making phone :). That’s how it looked at the beginning, in August 2015. I had to pack up all the electronics and solar panels in housing . The problem seems to be primitive, but due to problems with the printer to solve it turned out a little bit complicated. As I am a designer of machine-building production and the start of work on the production, I studied and worked in the program Solid Edge, it is powerful enough to work with complex drawings. There I developed all body parts. The body had to be broken down into three parts, so that it eventually turned out somehow. The enclosure provides space for the battery and charge controller to the inverter. The lower part is completely flat, I could not get the printer to print the entire body assembly. The frame for the solar panels had to make alone. And just had to separate the front bar where are all the holes for CSS, switch, and the SIM card. The whole structure is made ​​up of planar members, and then are collected together in a common element. And sent to the printer. It looks like the inside of the phone, after installing all the electronics. After all the research has been printed about 4 units of buildings that are in the process had to be processed and re assemble. After all adjusting and podtochek get this such a device. Because of flaws: 1 . Find the normal 3D printer and reprint all over again. This print quality is no good to say the least. 2. Transform electronics charge one fee instead of two separate ones. 3. To solve the main problem of the heating of the body in the sun and heat insulation of the battery. By and large real working prototype has been received, the goal is more or less completed. Although I do not deny have been used is not very optimal components, and not entirely logical diagram of the charge, but it is the most accessible in my terms. I do not deny that this is a crazy idea of switching regulator to raise up to 5 volts, and the linear plant to 4.2. But at least this scheme works and gives in not very bright sunny day about 50mA charging current, as opposed to all the Chinese solar zaryadok and poverbanok with a solar battery. And the bright sun current can easily reach up to 80-90mA. What already is enough to charge the battery capacity 400mAch for half a day. Thank you for your attention.
