In Greece intend to restore the statue of the Colossus of Rhodes
In Greece, seriously thinking about restoring sculpture Colossus of Rhodes, which was one of the seven wonders of the world and died during the earthquake in the III century BC. The new statue will be five times higher than the old one, it will be about the height of 135 meters. The design will be different from the original statues of the ancient world, and planning to deploy inside the museum, shopping and entertainment centers, as well as the library. The project is estimated at 250 million euros, and it should pay off in about 7 years, bringing the annual income of 35 million euros. Chief architect Aris Pallas and his team believe that the statue symbolizes the rise of the Greek economy and restore the spirit of the nation.
